An innovation platform strategy from scratch
Frontline Justice is new nonprofit dedicated to addressing the access-to-justice issue in the US with community justice work. They came to us with a blue-sky brief: “we want to build an innovation platform to support community justice workers (CJWs)—help us figure out what that needs to be.”
The broad scope and fixed timeframe required a scrappy approach as a PM to achieve the end goal: a concrete platform strategy, component set, roadmap, and first tool prototype for the Groundwork platform.
