I am enthusiastically multi-disciplinary; Design combines problem solving and art, and both sides of that equation benefit immensely from curiosity and cross-pollination.

At Daylight, I lead design and innovation projects for a wide range of startups, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits. I’ve also designed content and interactives for award-winning exhibitions at the California Academy of Sciences.

My primary areas of practice are design strategy & leadership, product design, content design and qualitative research.

As a designer, I am defined by a fascination with human behavior, complex systems, and the natural world.

  • Designing, implementing and deriving actionable insights from multi-pronged research programs.

  • Wire-framing, storyboarding, prototyping, user journey mapping, illustrating and visual storytelling to effectively communicate concepts and value propositions.

  • Defining content strategy, developing brand voice and tone, and writing brand-aligned UX copy.

  • Creating final design deliverables, build-ready screens, and documentation.

  • Mentoring younger designers and fostering studio culture, resulting in highly positive 360° reviews.
